A complex flavor and texture sensation! Our tiramisu is uniquely delicious and helped us win The Taste of MetroWest best dessert contest for three consecutive years!
Italian lady fingers are soaked in a mix of freshly brewed espresso, dark chocolate, Armagnac, and Madagascar vanilla and then surrounded by a thick and richly flavored Zabaglione of egg yolks cooked with sweet Marsala and Madeira wines, then blended with mascarpone cheese and a little whipped cream to lighten it up just a bit.
The smaller size is an 8" by 8" pan and serves 9 people.
The bigger size is a 9" by 13" pan and serves 12-15 people.
