Dubai Chocolate Tanguito
Crispy, creamy, rich pistachio flavor, a little sweet, and a little salty....oh, and of course, top quality darkened milk chocolate to complete the experience. Based on "the viral Dubai chocolate" as it has become known. Our version starts with our own lightly oven-roasted pistachio butter, blended with melted white chocoloate and powdered salt. The Kataifi (shredded phyllo dough) is pan-fried with clarified butter right before blending with the pistachio creme to ensure crispiness.
What are Tanguitos?
Tanguito is a little Tango, for your mouth. They were inspired by Argentinean chocolates filled with dulce de leche sitting atop a cookie. After making the original for several years, we realized that there are other flavors that would work perfectly in them. Tanguitos are larger, 1 oz chocolates, for people who love to sink their teeth into a large chunk of our premium handmade fillings. All of our chocolate products are made with our premium blends of chocolate, each chosen to be a perfect pairing for the filling inside.
