Our selection of apples, sliced thinly and baked until softened with cinnamon, brown sugar, nutmeg, and a hint of lemon peel. This was Jules favorite pie as a kid, but there never seemed to be enough cinnamon, which he was quick to remedy in his own recipes. Over 1 and half pounds of filling goes into each 9” all-butter crust pie. Our pies are baked on a hot stone-floor oven to crisp up the crust.
