Pasta flour (2.5 lbs.)

Made by Caputto, imported from Italy, and with the same description as the pizza flour, BUT, for some reason pasta made from the Pizza flour turns greyish green if not used right away while pasta made from this flour keeps well in the fridge for a few days….we can’t figure it out.


We blend this with golden semolina flour for our lasagna sheets and other homade pasta.
