Our chocolates are not the sugar bombs you you will find for cheap from a high production facility. Each box contains unique bonbons and truffles that you cannot find elsewhere, because we simply do not use cookie cutter recipes, and we very carefully avoid tasting products by other chocolatiers when developing new recipes. As a retired chemist and materials scientist, Jules is constantly tweaking each recipe toward the elusive goal of perfect, long-lasting flavor and texture.
